    Yes, your data is secured with the latest security methods. It is also mirrored to an alternative site with the same level of security, this ensures that, in the unlikely scenario there is a disaster recovery situation, your data can be accessed.
  • Is there a set number of users that I can have?
    There is no limit to the number of users that you can have. A customer is allocated 5 users. Users can then be added as single licenses or in blocks of 5.
  • Is there a set amount of storage space that I can have?
    No, storage space can be increased to suit your needs.
  • Where is my data stored?
    Your data is stored in secure cloud locations based upon your geography. If you wish an alternative location other than your own country this can be arranged.
  • What format do documents have to be in?
    Documents need to be in PDF format.
