An international legal company with offices around the world needed a solution to allow their archived documents to be accessible by their team, whichever office they were situated in.
Over 200,000 documents ranging from 1 page to over 500 were scanned and uploaded to Vaultari. Users were given varying access rights to documents depending on their authority. Two factor login authentication was put in place to ensure strict security measures and the system was launched.
Users could search and retrieve documents across the whole system by file name, meta data or text content, instantly accessing information that would previously have taken hours or often days to retrieve.
They could rid themselves of paper based archival storage and the hassle involved in locating and retrieving these documents in a manual fashion.
